The Terrace
A corner of paradise, overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. On sunny days, let yourself be tempted by lunch on one of the most beautiful terraces in Switzerland with a breathtaking view of the golf course. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner in front of a breathtaking sunset!
The breakfast
Served in the form of a copious buffet, our breakfast will delight even the most gourmet! You will find a selection of fresh fruit juices, pastries and sweets. Breakfast opens at 7.30 am and ends at 10 am.
Our chefs
Our chef Julien Martineau joined Bonmont after a passage at the Lausanne Palace. He grew up by the sea, surrounded by a family who cooked a lot of farm produce and fresh fish. It is a Mediterranean cuisine that he now brings to Bonmont. On the sweet side, our pastry chef Romain Caschera revisits great classics with delicacy and lightness and homemade creations that delight a loyal clientele until the last spoonful.
